Our Team Leaders undergo regular formal and informal training and are accountable to management for their actions. Our customers always have the option to speak to someone higher up if there is an issue that one of our technical or scheduling staff can not address.
Operations staff are vetted, trained, and regularly evaluated.
Our in-house training program ensures that we begin developing our staff immediately once hired. Smooth Coast does not throw a T-shirt at a new guy and "send him in." Promotions at Smooth Coast are based upon performance, longevity, and assessments, including both written and oral. In short, you can be assured that the Team that arrives at your appointment has been properly trained, cares about the outcome, and is held accountable for their work.
